Psychotherapy is an investment in your well-being. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration, and even if you feel you should handle things alone, a good therapist can accelerate your healing journey. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate care, my full attention, and a combination of education, therapeutic training, proven interventions, and insightful guidance to support your well-being.
My practice is virtual; I do not offer in-person sessions. Virtual therapy offers flexibility and privacy, including phone options for those who prefer them.
*due to licensing and state laws, I am able to provide therapy to clients when they are in the states of Texas and Missouri. If you’d like to work with me and live elsewhere, please reach out to see if coaching or somatic work would be appropriate.
