VIRTUAL THERAPY

Psychotherapy is an investment in your well-being. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration, and even if you feel you should handle things alone, a good therapist can accelerate your healing journey. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate care, my full attention, and a combination of education, therapeutic training, proven interventions, and insightful guidance to support your well-being.

My practice is virtual; I do not offer in-person sessions. Virtual therapy offers flexibility and privacy, including phone options for those who prefer them.

*due to licensing and state laws, I am able to provide therapy to clients when they are in the states of Texas and Missouri. If you’d like to work with me and live elsewhere, please reach out to see if coaching or somatic work would be appropriate.


COACHING

We all need help to live healthy, intentional, vibrant lives. Coaching provides a non-judgmental space to explore your goals and create a roadmap for the future. It's ideal for those feeling stuck, confused, or seeking direction. Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you achieve specific outcomes.

I help you achieve your goals by guiding you with skillful questioning, sharing valuable knowledge, and creating actionable plans. My background in therapy and education allows me to utilize solution-focused approaches, motivational interviewing, and compassionate accountability to ensure your success.


SOMATIC HEALING

Somatic therapy helps heal trauma, reduce anxiety, and release stress by addressing the mind-body connection. Often complementing talk therapy, it focuses on recognizing body sensations and cultivating a sense of inner safety, which can be challenging after trauma or adversity. Through somatic practices, we can learn to regulate our nervous system, leading to greater peace and a sense of overall well-being.

In a somatic therapy session I help you through practices of awareness, gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to explore and release bodily sensations related to emotions and trauma. Exercises with simple instructions are taught each session so that you have tools to enhance your healing in-between sessions.


CONSULTATION

Navigating life's challenges can be easier with professional guidance. Unlike coaching, consultations prioritize assessment, education, and resource identification. You'll gain insights, receive compassionate guidance, and develop practical action steps.

I offer mental health consultations to individuals and families experiencing concerns regarding mental health, relationships, and life transitions. During our sessions, I'll partner with you to understand your concerns and explore potential solutions. I'll also assist you in finding appropriate treatment options and make initial contact with resources. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and support so you can manage your mental and emotional well-being with confidence.
